Bethel Church of Houston is joining the Houston Church Planting Network and churches throughout the city for 50 days of prayer between Resurrection Sunday (April 21) and Pentecost Sunday (June 9). The disciples spent time with the resurrected Jesus during the resurrection and the day of Pentecost (Acts 2). Jesus told them to stay in Jerusalem until they received power through the coming of the Spirit to be witnesses to the ends of the earth.
Our prayer theme for this year is AWAKENING. As the Church in Houston, we want to see spiritual awakening in our lives, in our churches, and in our city. All for the glory of His name. However, we won’t see a spiritual awakening that would rock our city without prayer. Let’s pray together for a movement of God right here in Houston.
